Each app has its own help page with answers to the most common questions.

Watch and answer the coding agents running in Herdr on your computer, from your iPhone.

Email support@ducktype.tech. To help us help you quickly, include:

which app, and its version (shown in the App Store or Google Play listing, or in the app's settings);
your device model and its iOS or Android version;
what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so they handle payments and refunds:

App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play: follow Google's refund instructions.
New phone or reinstalled the app? Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with and use Restore purchases in the app.

If a purchase went through but the app does not recognise it, email us with the app name and the date of purchase.

Yatzy Pop! online account: in the app, go to Online and choose delete account. It takes effect immediately. The account deletion page explains what is removed.
Everything stored on your device by either app is removed when you uninstall it.
Cowboy for Herdr sends us nothing, so there is nothing on our side to delete.
