Who we are
This website, ducktype.tech, and the apps listed on it are operated by Duck Type LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Duck Type", "we", "us"). Duck Type LLC is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
This website
ducktype.tech is a static website. It has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no advertising, and its fonts are served from our own domain.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request information (such as browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not set cookies, does not use local storage and does not build a profile of you across sites.
Each app also has its own website (yatzy.ducktype.tech and cowboy.ducktype.tech). Those sites are covered by the app's own privacy policy, linked below.
Our apps
Each app has its own privacy policy with the full details. That policy is the one that applies when you use the app. Here is a summary:

When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever is in your message. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Our email is hosted by Migadu. We do not add you to any mailing list.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
- We do not show advertising, and our apps do not contain advertising identifiers, analytics or tracking SDKs.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
App stores and payments
You download our apps from Apple's App Store or Google Play. Any in-app purchase is processed by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive your payment details. If you have chosen to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may pass us anonymous crash reports; we cannot link those to you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Where an app offers it, the fastest route is in the app itself (for example, deleting your Yatzy Pop! online account). For anything else, email us and we will handle the request. We will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our apps and this website are not built to collect personal data from children, and we do not knowingly do so. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
